Should it be or not!
This system i devastatingly affecting the progress of india. Those who are more talented are left over due to this system. Person scoring 80% is not selected in a particular exam but a person scoring 40% is selected. Just imagine now that a 40 percentile IAS officer and a 80 percentile thief.
Will that 40 percentile ever be able to catch that 80 percentile thief. This is affecting the talent. And when they are not valued in india they tend to go abroad. And this is literally drains out indian talent. Just think upon it!
